When will my gift be sent?
Any orders placed by 3.00pm will be sent the same working day (Monday – Friday). Any orders placed at a weekend or a Bank Holiday, will be sent the next working day. We are unable to dispatch items on 24th, 25th or 26th of December. We want you to receive your personalised gift ASAP so we are constantly designing, producing and packing gifts so please don’t be surprised if it doesn’t take long for us to dispatch your order to you!

Can I add a gift note to with my order? Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Unfortunately we are unable to add gift notes and gift wrapping at present. We plan to introduce this service soon, so please keep a look out for an announcement.

I’ve made a mistake or need to cancel my order, what should I do?
Please Contact Us ASAP and we will be to assist you. If your gift has already been made and dispatched, we would be unable to cancel however.

My item has arrived damaged or broken, what can I do?
We are very sorry to hear this – please use the Contact Us form to get in touch so we can help you. Please remember to include your order number when contacting us so we can resolve any issues ASAP

There’s a spelling mistake on my order, can you help?
We copy all details exactly as entered on the order (to avoid errors) Please double check ALL details before ordering to ensure everything is correct. If there is an issue however then please Contact Us so we can see what want requested on your order and how we can help resolve for you

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
If you want to bulk order items then please just get in touch with us with the details of what items you would like and how many so we can discuss a discount with you. you.
