      When will my gift be sent?
      Any order placed by 2.30pm will be sent the same working day (Monday – Friday) with any order placed at a weekend or a Bank Holiday sent the next working day. We also don’t send items on 24th, 25th or 26th of December. We want you to receive your personalised gift ASAP so we are constantly designing, producing and packing gifts so please don’t be surprised if it doesn’t take long for us to dispatch your order to you!
      Can you send my gift abroad?
      Unfortunately at the moment we can only ship items to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
      Can I add a gift note to with my order? Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
      We are so busy designing, personalising, printing, engraving, packing, sorting and dispatching gifts that we unfortunately can’t add gift notes in with parcels or offer to gift wrap them, sorry!
      I’ve made a mistake or need to cancel my order, what should I do?
      Please contact us ASAP and we may be able to help you. As we are designing, producing and dispatching items constantly if your gift is already in production then we may not be able to help unfortunately.
      My item has arrived damaged or broken, what can I do?
      We are sorry about that – please use the Contact Us form to get in touch so we can help you. Please remember to include your order number when contacting us so we can resolve any issues ASAP
      There’s a spelling mistake on my order, can you help?
      We copy all details exactly as you enter them on your order so we advise you to double check ALL details before ordering to ensure everything is correct. If there is an issue then please Contact Us so we can see what want requested on your order to be able to help you
      Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
      If you want to bulk order 20+ items then please just get in touch with us with the details of what items you want and how many so we can discuss a discount with you.
      I have my own idea for a design, can you do this?
      Unfortunately we can’t offer a bespoke design service but we are sure you will find a gift to suit any occasion from our wide range of personalised gifts
